From reading these comments and posting on here a couple of months back I decided to release seom money from my home. It was the best thing I have done! It's made my life much easier with no mortgage repayments and cleared all my debts. It's just taken away the money worries you have when you reach this age and just want to enjoy the time you have left. Excellent and well recommended.
equity release has made life a bit easier now for me, and I don't need to watch every penny that I spend. I only took a small amount, just to clear off some debts I had made from 'comfort spending' after my dear husband passed away 7 years ago. There is still the remainder of the value of my property to leave to my children and grandchildren, who give me so much pleasure in the autumn of my life
it has taken the worry from my rertirement and made it possable for us to visit our son in australia next year and to be able to help the children now when they neequity release ed it most while there kids are still young is such a pleasure
Very positively! Very simple to execute(took a few weeks) since I had the money all I get is the odd statement!
Brilliant stuff go for it!

In these very troubling times, you know your home is safe and so are you so you can get on with living
Equity release has enabled me to live as full a life as I have been used to through the recent financial difficulties. I have also been able to give my kids some money to help with the recent rise in the cost of living.
I was able to repay my mortgage. The difference to my life is incredible - I can stay in my house for the rest of my life without having to make any more monthly mortgage payments which were becoming a struggle.
